We are seeking volunteers for this fun, festive event held on Sunday November 23 2008.
Joan did this last year and it was great! We helped build gingerbread houses for the fundraiser, help with set up, registration table, candy runner, clean up and much more.
Please see more information below that we received in an email:
The volunteer “shifts” are as follows:
6:00 a.m. – build gingerbread houses, dish out candy, set up room
9:00 a.m. – set up tables, set up silent auction
11:00 a.m. – help with actual event, registration table, monitor silent auction tables, help in kids area
3:30 p.m. (until 5:00) – clean up crew
Volunteers are welcome to come for just one shift, or to stay for more if they like. We most need people at the 6:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. time slots.
