If you are not able to receive our club emails or updates from our mailing list; this is mainly due to the spam filters that many public/free email services provide.
Some of the suggestions on "how to fix" this problem are detailed below, specifically for Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail.
Hotmail:
-Check your "Junk" folder and make sure the messages are not there. If they are, mark them as "Not Junk" and the message will appear in your inbox
-Go to your Hotmail Options and click on "Safe and blocked senders"
-From here, you can select "Safe Senders" and add the appropriate emails into this list
-In the "Safe Mailing Lists" tab, you may also want to add the specific email mailing list that forwards email to you. (For our club mailing list, please add in list [A.T] circlekclub.com replacing the "[A.T]" part with an "@".
-In addition, under the "Blocked senders" option, please make sure our domain emails are not on that list. If so, please remove them.
Yahoo:
-Check your "Spam" folder, if you do receive club emails there, make sure to click on that message and then click "Not Spam" and the message will appear in your Inbox
-Also, check your Spam Filter settings under Mail Options and check to see if messages are automatically deleted or placed in the appropriate folders
Gmail:
-Check your "Spam" folder; if you do receive club emails there, make sure to click on that message and then click "Not Junk" and the message will appear in your Inbox |
